Legacy Foundations: The Solopreneur & Independent Business Owner Edition

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings for Legacy Foundations, a three-day private legal and business development event hosted by me, Cynthia McFarlane. By completing registration, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility
Legacy Foundations is designed for established solopreneurs and independent business owners. By registering, you confirm you are attending in a business capacity.

3. Payment & Booking

Your place is secured only once payment is received.
All prices are listed in GBP and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If offering instalments, all instalments must be paid on time to maintain your place.

4. Cancellations & Transfers

Due to the limited capacity of the event, all bookings are final.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to another eligible business owner with written approval from me.
If the event must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, your booking will transfer to the new date.

5. Event Delivery
I reserve the right to adjust the schedule, content, or delivery format if necessary while maintaining the event’s quality and learning outcomes.

Any 1:1 elements included in bonuses or upgrades must be used within the stated timeframes and cannot be rolled over unless mutually agreed.

6. Responsibilities of Attendees
You agree to:

Participate respectfully within the group setting
Maintain confidentiality around the experiences of other attendees
Use the information provided for your own business only
Refrain from recording or sharing any private materials, templates, or intellectual property of mine.

7. Disclaimer

Legacy Foundations provides legal education and strategic guidance.
It does not constitute personalised legal advice or representation.
Any decisions you make for your business remain your responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, processes, and frameworks I share during the event are my intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed.

9. Liability

I am not liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption arising from your attendance or the application of the information provided.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or negligence where it cannot be legally limited.

10. Venue & Conduct
Respect for the Residence

Attendees may only access designated event areas.
Entering private or restricted rooms is not permitted.
Personal details, private information, or anything observed within the residence must not be shared on social platforms or elsewhere.

Photography & Recording

No photos or videos of the home, décor, surroundings, or any identifiable features of the residence are allowed.
No recording of teaching sessions, discussions, or fellow attendees.
Photos are only permitted in clearly marked areas and only with permission from me.

Sharing of Location Details

The full address, access instructions, and any security features of the residence must not be shared publicly at any time.
Attendees may not post or disclose information that identifies the location.

Consequences of Breach
Any breach of these privacy rules may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may lead to further action if required.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
